As I begin my journey through my weight loss challenge, I will track my progress by pictures and journal. If you need work out routines, you can use mine! The file above is a Word Document, and those are all my workouts. I improvised some workouts from Women's Magazine. All you have to do is randomly chose them! That's how I keep my interest in working out and not getting bored! Let me know how they work for you via Facebook@ https://www.facebook.com/LifeDazzle February 14, 2014: Today was a fairly wonderful day! IT'S VALENTINE'S DAY!!!! Of course I could have stayed completely on my Paleo Diet, but Geo was super cute and made me a sub for lunch; he knows how much I miss bread! Then, for dinner, he took me out at Qdoba. Yesterday I worked out my arms, and I'm dying today!! It was a great workout! Today I did some cardio intervals and then some ab and obliques! I can already feel it! Even though I strayed from my diet today, I ate pretty clean still! Tomorrow I will be back 100% on my diet! I'm SUPER excited to get back on track! February 10, 2014: These past couple of weeks have been rough Lord, but I will pray, and with your help, if it is your will, I will conquer! Today is a new day! So, I started at "day one" again. Having multiple day ones is okay, because it means you might get off the path, but you always get right back on it! In the past four weeks I gained back almost five pounds which really sucks! BUT I want to work it off and get back to my goal of 125 lbs by June and then 120 by December 31! I started the "Paleo" diet, which is super interesting! I eat NO bread or grain, which at least today, I don't notice because I'm eating soooo much protein. I'm still working out every day! I hope I can keep it up! I'm pushing myself to do a thirty day challenge! I hope it lasts longer than that! January 16, 2014: Somehow today I woke up at 5:30, for no reason which I know yet! I'm sure the Lord has a good explanation for providing me with a fully awake mind at 5:30 am! I did go to the gym and I got my two hour workout done by 8, so that was really nice! Well, it's only 8:30 now, so I'll check in again tonight and let you know if I know why the Lord had me get up so early! If getting up is your struggle, pray to the Lord your God, and he will give you all the strength you need! Set an alarm! DO IT!!! I believe in you!!! :) January 15, 2014: Today was a really really really hard day to try and eat healthy. It was Geo's and I's 7th month anniversary, so he got me "bad" food all day. I did work out this morning and I did the band workout and Flat Abs. However, I consumed too many calories that I was way over! I'm so tired of eating because it's what I want at the time, and then I feel disgusting an hour later. I am going to try harder! It's just super difficult when I'm in college and I just really want to eat what I want when I want to eat it. I really want to try harder!!! January 13, 2014: Today was a really busy day for Geo and I. We were driving all over the place! So, I didn't have time to do my morning workout and I ended up combining my morning and evening workouts! It was really tough to do both Fast Arms and Total Body Bust right after each other. BUT, I did it! And I'm super proud of myself right now! Today, I also started counting my calories again. I'm trying not to go over 1200 calories. I do try and replace the calories I burn off during my workouts. Today, however, I only ate about 700 calories, but I burned 800! That's alright, it'll feel good tomorrow! If you haven't started working out yet, that's aright, just jump in and DO IT!!! If you HAVE started working out, then I'm proud of you! And Keep it up!!! Try counting calories!!! DO IT! It really helps! DO IT! I believe in you! January 11, 2014: I haven't posted for a couple of days, but I have been working out every day! It feels amazing! Wednesday, I did a really long workout that was insane. I think it was the Abs work out. I was sore all day Thursday and yesterday, but at the least I know it's working! Thursday I did the Abs and Shoulders workout, and yesterday, I did two workouts!!! I did the Arm Yourself and All Body Sculpt! They were really rough, BUT so worth it!!! If you haven't started working out, DO IT!!! It will strengthen your self-confidence and make you feel amazing, not to mention all the energy! Today, I'm not working out. I have too much going on today, plus bodies need a rest at least once a week! Get going, Go workout, DO IT! What's holding you back???? I believe in you! :) January 7, 2014: Today has been a good day so far! Even though it's really cold outside and college was cancelled, Geovanny helped me adapt my workout to one I can do from home. Geovanny, my husband, helped me do the Total Body Blasts home styled! It was really fun having his help today! This accomplishment has helped me become more driven and optimistic to workout! That is all you need! DO IT! go out and start today! It will completely change your outlook! DO IT! I believe in you! :) January 6, 2014: I'm so upset in myself that I haven't kept up on my work outs... While on the rest of my vacation, it was difficult to do traditional workouts. I swam and hiked, but I didn't run or do any muscle building activities. Also, I came home Saturday late night, and I could have worked out yesterday or today, and because of the bad weather, I didn't do anything. But I can always start anew. Tomorrow, I am starting this workout no matter what. I already know the weather's going to be terrible tomorrow so I have altered my gym work out to be a "home" work out. I would advise you to start tomorrow with me! No matter what day your tomorrow is, DO IT! You need to start somewhere! And if you stray a little, that's alright! Just try again... What's that saying? Fall down seven times, get up eight? I like that saying because it demonstrates perseverance! I believe that the struggle is just apart of being able to say you succeeded. Start today! DO IT!!! January 1, 2014: Did my first run of the year!!! Went out and ran 5ks, it was kind of rough since I'm a little out of shape, but I kept going! I did it in 27 minutes, which is a little fast, but I think it's because of the beautiful world God created around me. It doesn't matter your time, just get out and run! If you run outside, take a look around you, sometimes it distracts you from running. This first week will be dedicated to longer runs! I know you can DO IT! I believe in you! :) December 31, 2013: Tomorrow I start my transformation. Today, I am preparing myself mentally to push my body in new ways. I urge you to do the same on your first day, PREPARE! You can do anything through the Lord. Believe in yourself, and make a plan. Today, I wrote down for the next month my workouts. I get bored super easily with repeating a workout rotation, so I made sure to randomize what days I did what exercise. I know what days I have more time to workout, so I made sure to put a longer workout on those days and vice versa. Since I am away on vacation this week, I will do a run in the morning and in the evening; I want both to last at least a half an hour. Start at your level. If you can only run 10 minutes at a time, DO IT! There is no need to give up because our levels of fitness are not exact. AND if you can run more than 30 minutes at a time, DO IT for crying out loud! Just get out there and DO IT! There is no say next week, no saying another day, TODAY is the day to DO IT! Plan today, and start pushing your body tomorrow! DO IT! I believe in you! :) My Transformation! **No Laughing Allowed ;)**
